I am a Shareholder in the New Orleans office of Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz PC, specializing in complex commercial litigation with a substantial focus on the representation of investors, syndicators, and managers of investor limited partner or member interests investors in Low- Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) litigation. My practice includes regular representation of LIHTC investors in disputes related to \"Year 15\" issues, disputes related to partner/member defaults and removal, and multimillion-dollar litigation involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and similar theories of recovery. I have litigated numerous LIHTC cases across the country, in both federal and state court, and I regularly advise clients pre-suit as well.
