With a global audience of employees in 130 countries I lead a small but perfectly formed team to deliver on the strategic priorities of the Nokia People strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, with a dotted line into the Chief Communications Officer, I am responsible for strategic people communication– from the CPO’s executive communications through to inclusion, leadership development, talent processes, reward initiatives and more. I’m also accountable for the global employee engagement strategy – which I’ve successfully revamped to put employee voice front and centre of how we run the business.
