With over a decade of experience in recruitment, executive search, and client engagement, I have a history of connecting top-tier talent with high-impact roles. My journey has taken me from managing sales and customer care teams in the travel sector to leading executive hiring strategies for major infrastructure organisations.Currently, I’m a Recruitment Consultant at Noble Futures, a specialist agency serving the animal and agricultural sectors across the UK and Europe. Prior to this, I led senior and executive recruitment projects in-house at Balfour Beatty, where I designed and delivered strategic hiring solutions for leadership and hard-to-fill roles, with a strong focus on diversity, talent mapping, and candidate experience.Academically, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from The University of Manchester and a Master’s degree in Conservation Biology from Manchester Metropolitan University.
