I help leaders and teams strengthen the human side of performance: trust, communication, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and the capacity to work well across difference, pressure, and change.My work sits at the intersection of leadership development, team effectiveness, coaching, and facilitation. Through AwakeTeams, I design and deliver customized team development experiences that combine live facilitation, coaching, tailored content, and data-informed insight. I also facilitate YPO Key Associate Forums and provide executive and team coaching, particularly for leaders navigating transition, expanded scope, and interpersonal complexity.I initially built and led AwakeTeams as a tech-enabled platform for team development. In a significant pivot, I now bring that work forward in a more customized, high-touch format that is live, relational, and adaptable to what a team actually needs.As a Certified Search Inside Yourself (SIY) teacher, I have led emotional intelligence workshops for hundreds of leaders at companies such as LinkedIn, HP, and Meta.
