Creating behavior plans to support the individuals with their target behaviors and guiding the staff to build more effective and therapeutic relationships with the individuals by using behavioral strategies.Reviewing behavioral data to ensure it is documented accurately by staff and utilizing this data to seek more effective behavioral strategies to improve the individual’s well being and safetyAttending Lifeplan meetings on a semi annual basis to review the progress of the individual’s goals and safeguards.
