ABOUT LAURA BRIDGES
As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, I work to facilitate cooperation and collaboration among our 29 member colleges and universities. Collaboration can happen on campus, with other campuses, or with community and corporate partners. At ICI all of our collaborative programming is available to all of our members. My goal is to provide good options for our colleges to choose from.Since private higher education is facing sustainability challenges, our work helps our colleges save money, be more efficient and more effective.Significant collaborative projects that I have spearheaded include:*Facilitation of various ICI Affinity Groups*Creation of the nation\'s largest private higher education Multiple Employer Retirement Plan*Creation of the ICI Benefits Consortium for shared health insurance purchasing*The launch and facilitation the ICI Leadership Academy, now in it\'s 4th cohort
