About Laura Brank
I have been acting for clients on M&A, private equity and financing transactions in emerging markets for over 25 years and also advise clients on compliance, corporate governance and dispute resolution matters. I previously was the managing partner of our firm’s Moscow office and the Head of the Russia Practice. I am honored to have been consistently ranked in a number of legal publications including Chambers Global and Legal 500. Among other rankings, I am listed in the \"Hall of Fame\" in Legal 500 for banking and finance, commercial, corporate and M&A; dispute resolution: arbitration and mediation, dispute resolution: litigation, energy and natural resources, real estate and construction, and restructuring and insolvency.
