Senior executive with +15 years of international legal experience in private practice (including Magic Circle law firms) and in-house across a broad variety of industries with a strong attention to energy and infrastructure matters. Experience includes advising on various legal and compliance topics relating to different businesses and markets, building and developing legal and compliance culture across the group, managing a team of professionals across different jurisdictions, providing strategic advice to board of directors and other strategic corporate bodies, establishing the Legal & Compliance Function as well as different group internal policies, procedures and organizational matrixes.Technical experience includes corporate and M&A, international contracts, financial restructuring, compliance and ESG matters, with a particular focus on the energy field.Strong legal judgment, business acumen and results oriented approach with proven experience in delivering business results and balancing legal risks and opportunities on transactions with a significant cross-jurisdictional element.
