With a master\'s degree in international policy and development and over six years of experience in data analytics and MEAL, I am the Data and Impact Analytics Manager at Immigrant Justice Corps, a fellowship program that trains and supports immigration advocates and attorneys. I am passionate about using data and systems to enhance the capacity and impact of our organization and amplify our advocacy efforts for social justice.In my current role, I implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP/CRM to establish a central source of truth across bookkeeping, grants management, donor engagement, program support and CLE certification.
