With a master\'s degree in international policy and development and over six years of experience in data analytics and MEAL, I am the Data and Impact Analytics Manager at Immigrant Justice Corps, a fellowship program that trains and supports immigration advocates and attorneys. I am passionate about using data and systems to enhance the capacity and impact of our organization and amplify our advocacy efforts for social justice.In my current role, I implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP/CRM to establish a central source of truth across bookkeeping, grants management, donor engagement, program support and CLE certification. From conception to post-launch support, training and system administration, I have effectively eliminated information siloes: improving data quality, fostering collaboration and increasing organizational efficiency. I also leverage my skills in qualitative analysis and human subjects research to identify and solve complex problems and contribute to the mission and vision of Immigrant Justice Corps.

   Oversaw‬‭ the comprehensive management of program data for both direct and indirect beneficiaries of a $24 million‬‭ nonprofit, leading the data collection process from over 30 organizations across 15 states and 30 cities, ultimately‬‭ serving over unique individuals annually.‬‭ Managed‬‭ municipal, state, and federal grants, ensuring contract compliance and accurate data reporting through‬ interdepartmental collaboration and verification procedures, resulting in a streamlined process and enhanced‬ accountability.‬‭‬‭ Optimized‬‭ organizational data strategy by implementing Oracle Netsuite to operate as a central source of truth for all‬ program, development, and finance/accounting data, improving operational efficiency through automated workflows‬ and generating actionable insights.‬‭‭ Evaluated‬‭ program initiatives, leveraging research methodologies to survey beneficiaries, facilitators, and external‬ partners, summarizing key learnings and recommendations for staff and senior leadership to inform planning and‬ decision-making.
