I navigate across sectors, translate community insight into practical solutions, and help systems respond more effectively to the people they serve.My work centers on youth leadership, immigrant and multilingual communities, rural equity, education, and environmental justice — areas where lived experience and policy often collide. Whether I’m supporting youth leaders, facilitating cross‑sector partnerships, or helping agencies understand how policies land on the ground, I focus on building trust and making systems more responsive.My approach is grounded in listening, relationships, and collaboration.
