Executive leader and international development practitioner with 20+ years of experience implementing policy, gender equality, and energy initiatives across global organizations, governments, and non-profits. I created the Women´s Justice Centers in Mexico, the most important policy to address violence against women and girls. I represent the organization at global forums to challenge and shape energy, gender, and human rights policy discussions. I currently lead a regional project to advance women\'s leadership and economic opportunities in clean energy and critical mining to mitigate climate change. Trilingual: French, English, and Spanish. Published author of books and award-winning research on gender and justice, including a prize from UN Women and the Mexican Supreme Court of Justice.
