With over 20 years of experience in HR, benefits, and compensation, I am a passionate and strategic leader who drives value and innovation for Inmar Intelligence, a leading provider of information technology and services. As the Director of Compensation & Benefits, I oversee the design and administration of all health and welfare, financial, and wellness programs for more than associates across the U.S. and Canada. I have successfully led initiatives to enhance the quality and affordability of Inmar\'s benefits and to increase associate engagement and well-being. Under my leadership, Inmar has received multiple Workplace Wellness Awards, including Triad\'s Healthiest Employer and Cigna Well Being Award. I also ensure compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations related to benefits and compensation, such as ERISA, COBRA, and ACA. In addition, I leverage my HR Analytics certification to measure and optimize the effectiveness and impact of our benefits and compensation strategies. I hold an MBA in Human Resources from DeVry University and a BSBA from High Point University. I am also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP). I am committed to advancing the HR profession and serving the community. I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the Child Care Resource Center, a non-profit organization that supports quality child care and early education.
