I currently assist a large automotive client with their full range of employee benefits and executive compensation issues, including plan compliance with ERISA, the Internal Revenue Code and related regulations and guidance, plan strategy and design, plan administration, benefit claims, drafting and negotiating vendor agreements, periodic reporting and disclosure for plans, and daily counseling of internal clients on plan operation issues.
