With a deep commitment to civic engagement, I have actively served on multiple boards and proudly invest my time in volunteerism. Over the years, I’ve been recognized for both excellence and innovation in my field — earning honors such as the 2016 Employee of the Year from the Conway Police Department and the 2015 Outstanding Women in Business Award. In 2011, I made history as the first civilian Public Information Officer for the Conway Police Department, becoming a trusted voice in public safety communication. My expertise in media relations and crisis communication has made me a sought-after speaker and instructor throughout the region. One of the most meaningful moments of my career came in 2023, when I was honored with FEMA’s Natural State Diamond Award for my leadership in Public Information and External Affairs during the March 31 tornado recovery effort — a role that demonstrated the power of clarity, compassion, and coordination in times of crisis. Above all, I believe in the power of communication to build trust, mobilize communities, and drive change.
