Managing a small team, I also work with bank owned/REO properties and have performed Broker Price Opinions for lenders. At Click Development, I have completed 18 residential redevelopment projects valued at over $10 Million, including a $1.8 Million dollar renovation of a historic landmark. Specifically I handle: site selection, bid, financing, acquisition, purchase, design, development, listing and resale of new construction and rehab homes in the Chicago area.
