Maintain responsibility for overseeing all aspects of program development, faculty recruitment and assignment, and unit organization, in addition to teaching up to three courses annually.• Provide dynamic leadership, guidance, and direction to students and faculty in the program.• Act as a Program Representative during meetings responsible for collaboratively shaping the direction of the Institute and addressing obstacles, challenges, and issues. • Lead Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education accreditation process.• Align objectives and bridge communications with the Office of Enrollment Services and the Office of Student and Alumni Affairs to design and implement student recruitment/retention strategies.• Support program budget development and maintain spending in line with projections.• Establish and encourage mutually beneficial collaborations with other clinical, research, and academic facilities while advocating for respect, creativity, and professional excellence.• Bolster program engagement by connecting with alumni, program supporters, and professional associations at the local, state, and national levels.• Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing academic standards and policies.• Assure that the IHP values regarding Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion are evident in all aspects of the program.• Collaborate with an online program management company to design, develop, and implement high-quality online programs aimed at expanding student enrollment and engagement.• Member of the Strategic Planning Committee and Chair of the Tactical Subcommittee, leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, enrich the employee experience, and strengthen their sense of purpose and belonging across the IHP.
