   SCOPE: Tapped to lead DEI strategy for veteran talent development within the organization’s Office of Military Veteran Affairs, overseeing 2 senior associates as direct reports. Design, plan, and deliver DEI initiatives to support the organization’s goals, managing end-to-end design for DEI programs and presentations, executing, and tracking business outcomes. Impact work culture, DEI strategy, business transformation, and learning/professional development by leading innovative programs to retain, train, and prepare the organization’s future leaders. Aid Veterans in navigating challenges. Offer strategic guidance to ensure engagement and development of member networks in alignment with DEI and business needs. Create and design communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders to be disseminated across the organization. Engaged 55% of the firm’s Veteran population by curating digital content and implementing monthly professional development series. Designed and deployed Military Connected Mentoring Circles Program, offering military-connected employees (Veterans and military spouses) access to senior leaders to aid in their professional development. Enrolled 500 senior leaders and 400 employees as mentees since January 2023. Developed framework and implemented Mentoring Circles initiative, serving as benchmark for Career and Skills program. Managed relationships with conferences and sponsorships. Partnered with brand and marketing teams to design JP Morgan Chase content for booths. Secured talent and conference speakers. Supported Advancing Black Pathways relationships with National Urban League, Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Black Enterprise, and Diversity Women Magazine.
