Im Functional Support Expert @Scalian

As an IM functional support expert, my main responsibility is to monitor the on/offboarding support project for Airbus on a daily basis. This includes overseeing the processes and activities related to onboarding new employees and offboarding departing employees within the ServiceNow system. My duties include coordinating with various stakeholders, such as HR, IT, and management, to ensure a smooth transition for both new and departing employees. This includes monitoring the SLA\'s for setting up user accounts, granting access to systems, providing technical support, and ensuring all necessary equipment and software are properly deployed. In addition, I\'m also responsible for resolving any issues or inquiries related to the on/offboarding process. This could involve troubleshooting technical problems, addressing user concerns, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
