Throughout my career in the non-profit sector, I’ve held positions in numerous capacities. These roles included both managerial and senior leadership-level operational positions. I currently serve as the Executive Director of a 501c3 organization in Washington, D.C. Prior to this, past positions include accomplished and strategic leadership experience of over 20 years of diverse leadership experience spanning nonprofit management, government contracting, and Fortune 500 companies.My experience includes responsibility for the financial stability of the organization, including assisting with grants, human resource and staff management (legal, retention, and cost-cutting), program implementation, organization operations, and more. I’m well versed in best practices associated with organizational management, assisting with financial viability, in communication with donors, boards, implementation partners and key stakeholders within organizations, facilitating and supporting project staff in timely program delivery and adherence to compliance organizational policies.
