I spearhead early childhood quality initiatives that center on facility expansion, facility maintenance and enhancements in ECE built environments. As the project director of Fund for Quality, I developed systems and processes to outline planning, track deliverables and evaluate outcomes for over 40 child care expansions in Philadelphia that led to the creation of over 2500 new quality ECE seats primarily serving vulnerable and low income populations. In this role, I oversaw the grant budget, organizational planning award activities, consultant solicitation and selection in addition to applicant recruitment, support and communications. In addition, I managed the City of Philadelphia: Child Care Facility Fund which provides home and center-based providers with funds to undergo minor-mid level renovations and repairs. I also performed this role on similar projects such as consultant assignments and out-of-state ECE facility initiatives. Prior to that role, I served as the Senior Grants Specialist for the Southeast Regional Key of Keystone STARS. I am a PA Quality Assurance System certified trainer on Program Organization and Administration topics. I hold a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master of Public Health from Drexel University.
