By leading a dedicated team of youth development and academic professionals, I successfully increased scholar enrollment and retention rates. I also secured significant funding and fostered impactful community partnerships, enhancing the program\'s reach and effectiveness- Manage a state-wide footprint of a college access and completion program program for first generation college scholars from underserved communities- Lead a team of 10+ youth development – academic advising and college counseling – professionals to increase scholar enrollment, recruitment, and retention by at least 50 percentage points respectively- Facilitate transition of cross-functional national leadership team of 30+ managers at or above managing director level by providing professional development and logistics support to update structural framework, establish change management plan, and execution improved protocols and practices- Partner to secure over $1M in programmatic and capital funding from individual, corporate, government, and foundation donors- Manage regional board to 100% giving and increased programmatic support- Formulate and implement brand management plan to develop impactful partnerships, resulting in more than 50% increase in active community partnerships
