ABOUT LATIFA MAHNA
Today, a lot of the focus is on technology. But the human element is what really makes the difference.With around 10 years of experience, my journey started hands-on in development and data science. From there, I moved into product ownership, leading tech teams, reviewing their work, removing obstacles and driving best practices and adoption. Then into project and stakeholder management managing costs and driving value, and today into program-level work aligning multiple initiatives to bring innovation into core business using state-of-the-art technology.Across all of this, the goal has stayed the same. Use AI and technology to create real impact. Make people’s work easier and more exciting, and help build more robust and resilient organizations - organizations of and for the future. A big part of what I do is bringing everything together. From technical design to business cases, from stakeholder alignment to rollout and change management. Making sure what we build is not just delivered, but actually used and trusted.Here I share thoughts, observations, and things I learn along the way.All views are my own.
