Roles and Responsibilities – Technical Recruiter (6+ Years Experience)Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Identify and attract top technical talent through platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and long-term business goals.Technical Screening: Conduct initial technical assessments and coordinate with engineering teams for in-depth evaluations, coding tests, and panel interviews.Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values through engaging job descriptions, social media content, and participation in tech events and meetups.ATS Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or Taleo.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging tech skills to provide strategic hiring insights.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and transparent candidate journey with timely communication, constructive feedback, and interview preparation.Diversity Hiring: Implement inclusive hiring practices to support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyse recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction to improve hiring efficiency.
