My 30 years’ IT experience spans a wide range of technologies and methodologies, most recently across the AWS, Azure and GCP Public Cloud Platforms with Cloud Assurance programmes using DevOps tooling and agile practices, Penetration Testing/Vulnerability Management to CREST standards and prior to that, 20 years of DB2 Administration on LUW and ZOS and System Support for Blue Chip companies across the UK, allowing me to adapt quickly to new and diverse environments. My focus has always been on delivering repeatable high-quality results that align with business objectives. I collaborate, fostering strong partnerships with business and technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of requirements and implementation. With experience of leading and mentoring internationally during my time at Visa Europe, my focus is on delivering robust features, be that code or infrastructure, that support the organisations strategic goals whilst being fully supportable, using strong communication skills and proactive risk management to achieve successful lasting implementations.
