Entertainment attorney / IP strategist with over a decade of experience in content, rights, and platform transactions.My background is in traditional legal and business affairs - built largely at Lionsgate, where I worked across acquisitions, distribution, and rights management on complex film and media IP.These days, most of my focus is on BLDR - a venture I co-founded that provides IP risk mapping and intelligence infrastructure for gaming platforms and UGC ecosystems. We help platform operators, studios, and brand teams get ahead of the IP exposure that comes with scale: moderation policy, licensing frameworks, third-party content risk.In parallel, I run Strata Media Advisory, a boutique consulting and legal advisory practice for founders, creators, and operators building at the intersection of creative IP and commercial transactions.I also recently launched Strata - a community-driven space for business and legal literacy in the creator economy.
