Program Manage the Digital and Data Application Operations. Manage a team of technical project managers to deliver complex digital and data operations to scale for growing needs maintaining Privacy standards. • Optimize the design, deployment, and execution of Digital Data Operations in terms of Data Center Migration, Infrastructure Upgrades, Cyber Security Enhancements, problem-solving processes, Applications Support ( Mobile) design validations and quality enhancements, adaptations to new tools and technologies. Working closely with product owners and business stakeholders to create value propositions, resource optimizations provide valuable insights to operational efficiency aligning to SMART goals by collecting metrics and defining meaningful KPIs. • Champion in breaking out high level objectives into measurable milestones while proactively managing risks, blockers, and delays. • Instrumental in managing projects scoping, scheduling, dashboarding, budgeting, change management, design controls, Patients Privacy/ Clinical data Analysis, HITRUST/Regulatory compliances in areas (Cyber security, Privacy, Networking, and Infrastructure, DevOps.).
