Hi! I’m a 2x Founder, CEO and Executive Coach who helps companies build high-performance cultures by connecting leadership behavior, performance systems, and culture strategy. Over the past decade, I’ve worked with 100+ companies across non-profit, tech, healthcare, finance, sports, education and more, helping them bring clarity to their people strategy, strengthen leadership alignment, and build systems that make high performance possible. Before launching Perfeqta, I spent years inside corporate HR and recruiting teams. I know what it’s like to navigate change from the inside. That experience taught me how to lead talent strategies with care, with pace, and with an eye on what lasts. Today, I bring that same focus to my clients: building the habits, expectations, and systems that move culture from theory to traction.
