   As DowntownDC Business Improvement District\'s Partnerships & Events Manager, I spearhead transformative initiatives to activate greenspaces in downtown DC. By cultivating strategic partnerships, overseeing event execution, and coordinating logistics with the Park Manager, NPS, and government agencies, I ensure greenspaces are vibrant and welcoming. Building a robust vendor network, negotiating contracts, and formulating strategies for events showcased my commitment to the popularity of the downtown parks. I collaborate on marketing assets and maintain strong communication with BID merchants. Managing event sponsorships, sourcing new sponsors, and creating proof-of-performance reports highlight my dedication to fostering partnerships. Thus far, I\'ve executed 150+ events, monitored budgets, and ensured compliance during evening and weekend events. Contributing to BID\'s overall event plan, I hire and manage vendors, and oversee set-up, tear-down, and follow-up processes. Additionally, I play a key role in driving marketing direction for events by enhancing social media presence and contributing to impactful marketing materials within a multifaceted and impactful role.
