   As the first Program Associate at First Generation Investors (FGI), I support the implementation of our national financial literacy and investment education program, working closely with the Head of Programming to deliver a consistent and high-impact experience for high school students nationwide. My role bridges program operations, tutor engagement, and corporate partnerships to advance FGI’s mission of empowering the next generation of investors.* Coordinate and execute corporate engagement opportunities that strengthen relationships with sponsors and create new pathways for student support.* Lead tutor engagement initiative, including events for current tutors, alumni, and FGI Ambassadors, ensuring a strong pipeline of motivated and prepared volunteers.* Deliver large-scale tutor trainings for college students and educators, equipping them to teach personal finance and investing with confidence and fidelity.* Support grant development efforts by drafting mid-sized applications to expand corporate engagement and resource growth.* Manage key program administration functions: tutor onboarding, cohort support, and student account coordination to ensure program consistency and smooth operations.* Partner with leadership on data collection, evaluation, and materials development, turning insights into actionable improvements that strengthen program impact.Through innovation, collaboration, and relationship-building with high school teachers, university faculty, students, alumni, and corporate sponsors, I contribute to advancing FGI’s strategic plan and empowering students nationwide to build wealth and financial confidence.
