I am passionate about Innovation and love the buzz of excitement when I create something novel, new and exciting. I am able to quickly spot opportunities whether it be for new raw materials or ideas from parallel industries whether they be for new claims, a specialist colour effect or a new texture/format. I have nearly 20 years of experience working on NPD for various customers including Boots, The Body Shop, Oriflame, Hema and many of my innovations have generated exceptional sales performance for premium international brands.I have created at least 5 award winning formulations and we have our own laboratory in the South West to enable me to work on projects within Cosmetics and Toiletries to support end-user Clients (Brands), Raw Material suppliers and Contract Manufacturers whilst also working on my own ideas. I would describe myself as the Heston Blumenthal of Cosmetic Formulation. quirky and unbeatable! I have a strong desire to suceed, thrive on a challenge and more importantly have a real love for formulation.
