My practice focuses upon complex commercial litigation and in particular involves matters related to public and private construction and government contract disputes involving suretyship, construction, architecture, engineering, design and procurement. Additionally, I provide contract drafting and negotiation services, serve as advice counsel and am a certified mediator and arbitrator. I have and do represent clients in actions filed with federal courts, state courts, transportation and public works agencies, civilian boards and arbitration panels. I have represented clients in contract claims review and analysis, dispute review board proceedings and mediations. These matters have involved a wide variety of facilities and structures including complex processing facilities, sports facilities, educational facilities, train terminals and stations, sewer and stormwater systems, major highways, commuter and freight rail lines, locomotive repair and maintenance facilities, digital communication and life safety systems, retail structures, office buildings, assisted living facilities, hotels, bridges and tunnels.
