I lead Housing Governance — designing systems that stabilize people first, then markets.Human Code™ (NPR™) is my method for understanding how humans compress, collapse, adapt, and recover inside high-tech systems.I founded NTU™ and the Department of Workforce Housing™, and I built Compassionate AI School (CAI) to train builders, auditors, and leaders to work at the intersection of housing, AI, and human impact.My work is field-tested, not theoretical.At the core of everything I build is Human Code™ — the study of human capability, natural pattern recognition, and how humans interact with complex systems and AI in real time. It explains why systems fail, how people adapt, and what ethical, functional governance actually requires.I design systems that bring order where chaos was normalized — not through politics, but through infrastructure.From the Tenant Life Cycle Model™ (TLCM™) to MAP™ Mediation, the FAT Fee™, national rent-stabilization frameworks, and the AI Auditor Training Program, every model I create addresses structural problems that have gone ungoverned for decades.A key capability within Human Code™ is Natural Pattern Recognition (NPR™) — the human ability to perceive structure, meaning, and systems before memorization or formal instruction.
