With more than a decade of working with lab equipment, processes, and safety compliance, I am a go-to resource for training, team leadership, and project support. I’m also a solid decision-maker who is meticulous about documenting program timelines, workflow, and operational costs. I recently completed my MBA in project management to further hone those skills.In pharma and biotech, focusing on the big picture means getting a drug to clinical trials, on the market, and to the patient quickly, safely, and cost-effectively. While I enjoy running experiments and presenting outcomes on-time and on-budget, I also work to understand the science behind the benchwork by asking questions, researching, and reading. I am also responsible for reporting and giving updates to superiors and clients. COMPLIANCE & DOCUMENTATION – I am highly knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and safety compliance and am frequently called upon to author or refine SOPs and other control documentation. TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY – In addition to mastering Microsoft Office Suite applications for project tracking and team communications, I am skilled in conducting, training, and preparing SOPs for an array of intricate lab procedures.
