In my daily operations, I\'m proficient in several Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, particularly TruChart and Epic, making sure that patient records are organized, up-to-date, and accessible for authorized personnel. Additionally, I assist in regular audits of medical records, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with both organizational standards and regulatory requirements. Beyond this, I also compile statistical data and generate reports related to patient records as mandated by our organization or relevant regulatory bodies. Continuously staying abreast of the latest trends in medical record management, I\'m always on the lookout for ways to refine and improve existing processes.
