Enrolled in an immersive development program which involves professional readiness training, one to one mentorship, leadership development, and developer specific training. · Participate in the Tech Academy to become a full stack developer. Currently studying multiple programming languages via Treehouse, codeacademy, and in person lectures and challenges. · Serve in an advisory capacity, providing real time feedback and suggestions to improve and iterate upon the Road2Hire experience. · Participate in professional development modules, including public speaking, giving and receiving feedback, project management, and community involvement.
