In my role at Emory Healthcare as Level IV Enterprise Staffing Pool WOC RN I consult with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high quality wound, ostomy, and continence (WOC) care across the healthcare system in inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, I function to deliver expertise to teams experiencing critical staffing shortages. I manage administrative tasks, provide patient consult, assist in preceptorship, perform family education, and offer leadership by stepping in as needed when staffing challenges occur.
