   I am the project leader of PARTS, the Partnership for Analytics Research in Traffic Safety. I built PARTS from the ground up by establishing vision & strategy, recruiting industry participants, and collaboratively defining a mutually beneficial partnership model. PARTS, a consortium of eight global auto makers and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, evaluates how data sharing can improve safety on the roads. I lead the direction and execution of the technical analytical research: planning, data governance, data management, data analysis and methods, data visualization, stakeholder engagement, account management and communication. Phase 1 of PARTS culminated in a trusted government-industry partnership consisting of 63% of the U.S. market, and the largest Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) study of its kind.
