Manage projects from concept to completion, which includes planning, estimating, site visits, permitting, engineering, specifying equipment, procurement and materials acquisition, construction management, and project close-out. Develop, adjust, and monitor schedules, manage project scope, manage project costs through standardized budgeting and forecasting techniques, and management of commercial changes as necessary. Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and cost estimates prior to submittal to the client. Negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with sub-consultants, and clients. Ensure project safety and remain within projects\' cost constraints. Review external schedules such as those belonging to the owner, client, sub-consultant and contractor. Serve as primary liaison for project reporting between client, project team leadership and project team members.
