J\'ai piloté l\'architecture, le développement et le déploiement de MILO, un framework d\'IA conversationnelle interne et prêt à l\'emploi qui unifie les interfaces et l\'infrastructure des chatbots sur une plateforme interne. Cette initiative a considérablement accéléré la création et l\'intégration de divers agents d\'IA.J\'ai conçu une passerelle backend évolutive et indépendante du langage (Python, Java, Go) ainsi qu\'une interface utilisateur de composants web réutilisables, masquant les mécanismes conversationnels complexes, l\'authentification des utilisateurs et le rendu de l\'interface. Cela a permis aux développeurs de se concentrer exclusivement sur la logique des agents d\'IA via un schéma d\'API REST défini.J\'ai développé un SDK Python complet (milo-agents-sdk) qui a simplifié le développement des agents d\'IA, offrant des utilitaires pour une intégration transparente avec des modèles d\'IA génératifs avancés (Google GenAI/VertexAI, ADK) et prenant en charge des formats de messages riches et interactifs (texte, Markdown, ChartJS, fichiers, JSON).J\'ai mis en œuvre des fonctionnalités essentielles de la plateforme, notamment la prise en charge multilingue, des analyses d\'utilisation robustes, la configuration dynamique des agents, la gestion de l\'historique des conversations et une sécurité de niveau entreprise, garantissant ainsi une expérience utilisateur cohérente, sécurisée et performante.J\'ai piloté le développement et l\'intégration de plusieurs agents d\'IA en production au sein de l\'écosystème MILO, démontrant mon expertise dans l\'application de l\'IA conversationnelle à divers cas d\'usage tels que la synthèse de réunions, la veille stratégique, l\'automatisation des flux de travail et l\'analyse de données.J\'ai conçu et implémenté des fonctionnalités avancées pour les agents, telles que les messages initiaux dynamiques, le mappage personnalisé des événements pour l\'analyse, améliorant ainsi la configurabilité des agents et l\'interaction utilisateur.
