Designed and delivered the pilot OA School of Ideas Engineering masterclass (including writing workbooks), aimed at Y11 and Y12 pupils preparing to apply to Oxbridge.• The masterclass consists of three distinct sessions: Underlying Theory, Design and The Wider Context, enabling the students to be pushed intellectually in the conventional sense, work in professional teams to win a fictional contract for the design of the spoilers of an F1 car, and finally appreciate the inseparable issue of ethics in engineering, all skills that form the basis of a stellar Oxbridge Engineering application.• The masterclass was rated \'outstanding\' by all in attendance at the latest event (August 2013).• Designed and have conducted hundreds of mock interviews and group tutoring seminars across the country since October 2012.• Developed support materials such as sample Cambridge Thinking Skills Assessment questions.• Analysis of application data to produce tangible guidance for applicants.• Oxbridge Engineering undergraduate success rate of 40%(more than twice the national average).• OA \'Golden Tutor\' due to consistently high performance and dedication to professionalism.
