About Laryssa Ligocki
Laryssa Ligocki has been working on Oil and Gas Industry since 2004. She holds a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master degree in Geotechnical Engineering. Her experience includes 1D and 3D geomechanical models applied to wellbore stability, sand production prediction, natural fractures and fault analysis for exploration and production companies in Europe, Africa, Middle East and Latin America. Furthermore, she has an extensive experience with soil mechanics laboratory activities. Mrs. Ligocki joined GMI (UK) on 2008 as geomechanics specialist; in 2012 she merged to the Latin American group within Baker Hughes to provide the same consultancy serves. In 2014 she started managing the geomechanics group for the North of Latin America for Baker Hughes (Houston - USA). Since 2017 she holds a global position as a Hydraulic Frac Modeling Engineer for BP.
