Manage the Good Food team and productions on all platforms. Guide the creative vision and audience value of Good Food. Develop content for key growth platforms including social video, newsletters, the KCRW app and events, aligned with KCRW’s strategies for audience and member growth. Lead and inspire a dedicated team of creative professionals. Set and enforce department priorities to ensure team is focused on work that advances KCRW’s strategic goals. Provide consistent constructive feedback and mentorship to foster the team’s professional development. Cultivate a roster of contributors who can develop strong rapport with host Evan Kleiman and build parasocial relationships with audiences on various platforms. Pursue partnerships that will enhance Good Food creatively, expand audience reach and provide revenue. Work with the Chief Content Officer and Chief Audience Officer, conduct regular reviews of Good Food content to assess quality and audience impact, then refine the work. Coordinate freelance and other service agreements with KCRW’s legal and finance teams. Ensure all Good Food initiatives are effectively project-managed from ideation to completion, including preparing and enforcing budgets.
