ABOUT LARS-HENRIK FRIIS MOLIN

Lars-Henrik Friis Molin started his first company during his studies at the Stockholm School of Economics in the late 1980s.Friis Molin has started, built and invested in multiple companies around the globe with a primary focus on media, recruiting and employer branding. He started his first company when he was a student at Stockholm School of Economics.Mr. Friis Molin has founded multiple companies around the globe with a primary focus on media, recruiting and employer branding. Among his entrepreneurial ventures are Universum Communications, CareerTV, WetFeet, Jungle Media Group, Nova 100, Constellation Group, Komet, Ungdomsbarometern, Shortcut, Agentum, UBI Index, InternX, TalentInc, Future Talent Summit and Nova Global. His entrepreneurial spirit has been the driving force behind many high-profile start-ups and ventures in the U.S. and Europe, including Jobline International,(sold in 2001 to Monster.com); Campuz Mobile,(sold in 2005 to Vodafone); and Kenet Works,(sold in 2007 to Yahoo.com.) In 2018 he sold Universum Communications (founded in 1988) to European media magnet Axel Springer. He still serves on the board for Universum Communications. He has also via his investment company acquired Doostang and Jobfox as well as invested in companies like Studentum, Job Tip, Brave New Talent, Diversify, Alumni, Just Arrived and Evisors.com. Today, his main focus is on his investment fund that focuses on talent related business called Talent Venture Group. Mr. Friis Molin is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics with a Master of Business Administration degree in marketing and finance.
