My responsibilities for ADP:*Work with current and prospective Organizations to offer solutions to their Human Capital Management Strategy, Payroll, Time & Labor, and Talent Management needs. Also responsible for educating existing clients on new products and offerings.*Generate additional business and grow existing business for organizations with over 50 employees across the United States *Partner with clients to understand their business to determine present and future needs in a consultative selling approach.*Work closely with other ADP business units to develop customized, integrated business solutions for clients.*Manage entire sales process, set proper expectation to client and serve as a liaison between my accounts and implementation to allow for a smooth and successful launch of our product/solution.
