ABOUT LARS KOFAHL

I graduated my B.Sc. in Business Management but felt a lack of practicality and ownership in just attending lectures. To gather real work experience, I started an internship in an innovation agency. In my second week, I got assigned a client and a project. Suddenly, there were no lecture slides on how to do the task anymore—I had to work it out by myself. It was a 180-degree turn and a bit overwhelming at first. But I actually strived under this freedom I was given. In the next three years, I developed an autodidactic and proactive working attitude and honed my creative thinking, project management, and team leadership skills through a diverse range of projects for HAYS AG, Österreich Werbung, Sparkassen Innovation Hub and Serviceplan Group, among others. To further broaden my perspective and be able to take ownership to the next level, I started a master\'s degree in Strategic Entrepreneurship at Jönköping University. The program is designed to create as much intersections with real business cases as possible, e.g. through entrepreneurial, marketing and finance projects with local Swedish companies. Right now, I am extending my entrepreneurial experience as Entrepreneur in Residence at atmio.
