ABOUT LARS GOOCH
Lars Gooch has been working within the London property market for over 20 years’, with expertise across many areas of the industry, specialising in sales. After beginning his career in North London, he joined Keatons as a Sales Consultant in 1998 in Mile End.By 2001, Lars was Branch manager of Keatons’ Mile End branch and two years later he was made Director heading up front-line sales for the entire company, training and recruiting new members of staff, managing the flagship office in Mile End alongside contributing to the PR and Marketing department. He’s continued to oversee the successful growth of Keatons to its current position of 9 offices and 100 members of staff over the past 19 years. More recently, Lars has been heavily focused on residential developments and now heads up Keatons’ Land & New Homes department with some notable projects such as Tutelage Court to his name. Lars continues to oversee all aspects of sales, marketing and PR alongside heading up the Land & New Homes department.
