My focus is on clear ownership, disciplined execution, and measurable business impact.Core Impact & Responsibilities: • Own and steer the CapEx investment portfolio, from strategic prioritization to final delivery • Actively develop and scale the Projects & Engineering business, aligning execution capability with commercial growth and market demand • Set and enforce governance, standards, and KPIs to ensure predictable delivery on cost, schedule, safety, and quality • Lead resource, risk, and stakeholder management across a multi-project environment • Serve as senior partner to business leadership, sales, operations, and customers, shaping projects from early concept through execution • Drive EPC/EPCM strategy, contracting, and supplier performance • Embed a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement • Enable energy transition and hydrogen growth initiatives through robust engineering and execution excellence
