ABOUT LARS BECKER
For over 20 years, I’ve been working at the intersection of society, climate and integration. What drives me isn’t just systems – it’s people: their stories, their courage, their role in shaping change. Currently, I split my time between two impactful roles: one in climate tech (TREEO – Fairventures Digital) and one in public integration policy (City of Stuttgart). Both show me every day: meaningful change only works if it’s inclusive and grounded. I bring experience in leadership, partnership building, strategic communication and stakeholder engagement – across NGOs, municipalities, foundations, companys and international contexts.
