ABOUT LARS BAUNEMANN
For over 15 years I enjoy working in corporate purchasing and consulting. Most of the time in a leadership role. My most recent challenge was an international assignment by Heidelberg Materials to Northern Europe. As Head of Purchasing Northern Europe, I was successfully leading and developing a purchasing organization with multiple business lines operating in seven countries. I have extensive experience in transforming purchasing organizations by streamlining the organization towards a strong category management and the automation of the purchasing processes e.g, by implementing e-tendering, catalogue buying, contract management. I strongly believe in leadership that empowers others. For me building mutual trust and conviction are the cornerstones to achieve commitment and the ability, but also willingness, to transform.
